A concrete architecture proposal template

Practice this question

For a client, write: Outcome and scope; users and permissions; authoritative data; ordinary-code baseline; AI responsibilities; controlled workflow and approvals; tools/data contracts; failure and reconciliation policy; evaluations; telemetry/audit; latency/capacity/cost assumptions; deployment/rollback; deferred complexity and triggers for revisiting it.

  • Explain one normal user journey and one failed journey.
  • The client should be able to see exactly what the assistant can do, which person/service has authority, what is reviewed, and what happens when the evidence or infrastructure fails.
